Meet our founder
Cornerstone Accounting & Consulting was founded by Kathy Rincon, a strategic finance leader and licensed CPA with more than a decade of experience in tax, accounting, and financial leadership across faith-based, nonprofit, healthcare, and international settings. Grounded in compliance, accuracy, and well-structured financial systems, Kathy brings thoughtful, practical expertise to every client relationship, including public accounting experience across a broad range of tax matters. Her background includes leading financial strategy, overseeing significant fundraising and capital initiatives, and leading the implementation of accounting systems and financial processes. Guided by a commitment to stewardship and developing people, Kathy is passionate about helping others understand their finances clearly so they can make informed, confident decisions rooted in stewardship and impact.
